3M MPro110
The new 3M MPro110 works well with computers, cell phones, PDAs and more to project files, photos and movies anywhere there′s a surface.
It projects images up to 50 inches, yet fits in the palm of your hand. This powerful, portable, pocket-able projector turns the world into your personal theatre because it makes any room a projection room.
Gaming Consoles
Take your games on the road. Easily clobber aliens in the back seat, Turn your dorm into a battlezone or spark some friendly competition at your next family reunion.
The 5.6-ounce MPro110 measures just 2.3 centimetres thick, meaning it’s small enough to tote to a boardroom for a PowerPoint presentation and then bring it home to connect to a video iPod, portable DVD player or digital camera.
The projector boasts a brightness factor of 12 lumens, and with a power requirement of only 1.5 Watts the built-in battery can last an hour on a full charge but also ships with an AC adaptor. The MPro110 doesn’t contain a noisy fans or speaker – simply connect a device to the projector using VGA or composite video cables (both included in the box) to splash video or photos on a blank wall.
3M says its combination of a LED light source, Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCOS) imager technology and proprietary optics results in a brilliant WXGA-quality (1280 x 768 pixels) image from five to 50 inches.

The pocketsize projector has been the Holy Grail of gadgets for many years, and now we’ve got it. 3M sent us one of their first samples of their MPro110 mini projector a few weeks ago (but asked us to keep it on the down-low for a while). I immediately plugged it into a DVD player and watched Blackhawk Down on my desk—literally, on it, as I aimed it at my white Ikea desktop. (Ah, to be owned by a Swedish company.) It also worked on the wall, on a piece of 8.5-by-11-inch printer paper and on the back of my colleague, Doug.
